Implement personalized nutrition plans, including enteral and parenteral feeding Monitor patient progress and recommend nutritional interventions Educate patients and families on dietary needs and healthy habits Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on wound care, dialysis, weight management & more Participate in quality improvement programs Use EMR and the nutrition care process like a pro Conduct patient satisfaction rounds and build rapport with medical staff Work with our Corporate Dietitian to deliver top-tier care and education What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college Registered & Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio 2+ years of clinical nutrition experience preferred (but we'll train the right candidate!) A passion for patient-centered care and teamwork Perks & Benefits
