About
Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures. Review each patient's medical and dental history at every visit and complete comprehensive evaluations. Identify and address patient concerns and treatment contraindications. Examine and assess patients, chart pathologic conditions, and discuss findings and treatment plans. Prescribe medications as necessary and document all treatment provided according to Noble Clinics policies and procedures. Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications, while educating patients and families on oral hygiene and nutrition. Design and create dentures or other appliances to replace missing or diseased teeth when needed. Collaborate with other Noble Clinics providers and community professionals regarding consultations and referrals for patients requiring care beyond the clinic's scope. Participate in on-call rotations as determined by Noble Clinics. Support the Chief Dental Officer and Dental Practice Manager in monitoring and guiding the clinical performance of dental hygienists and assistants. Supervise x-ray procedures and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Maintain adherence to OSHA and HIPAA standards and uphold patient confidentiality. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff. Adhere to Noble Community Clinics' policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Licensure & Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry with a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree required. Completion of a residency in Pediatric Dentistry and/or a master's degree in Public Health Dentistry preferred. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in the State of Wisconsin. Possess prescribing privileges and DEA registration. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience working with children and adolescents required.
