Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $114.57/hr Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include:

What You'll Do:
Provide general dentistry care to patients of all ages, with no restrictions on age groups Perform exams, fillings, and other treatments, typically managing around 9 patients per day Collaborate with support staff including hygienists, assistants, and front desk team Utilize Denticon and Planet DDS EMR systems for charting and documentation Maintain a high standard of patient care in a busy clinic environment Adapt as needed to patient treatment needs and clinic protocols
What You Need:
Must be enrolled with Medicaid or willing to enroll Iowa Dental License preferred (or ASAP licensing in process) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population Experience preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply
