We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to identify and solicit new business. This is a unique opportunity to engage with clients to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms, including podcasts, digital, radio, events, and more! What You'll Do: Identify and research prospective advertisers through industry research, business intelligence tools, company websites, and market trends Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social media, text messaging, and other approved channels Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives across multiple markets and business categories Build and maintain target account lists aligned with business priorities Personalize outreach messaging based on company initiatives, hiring trends, advertising activity, seasonal opportunities, and industry insights Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activity, and opportunity details within CRM and sales engagement platforms Conduct account research to identify decision-makers, business challenges, and potential advertising opportunities Monitor outreach performance and adjust messaging strategies based on results and market feedback Participate in team training sessions, coaching, role-playing exercises, and ongoing professional development Support campaign launches, event outreach, webinar follow-up, and special sales initiatives as needed Meet and exceed established activity, meeting, pipeline, and opportunity generation goals Provide regular feedback on market conditions, competitive activity, and prospect challenges to sales leadership What You'll Need: Maintain focus in a dynamic team environment At least 2 years SDR or Outbound Sales experience Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette Ability to balance being creative and adaptable Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics driven and tech savvy selling environment Compensation: Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $13.46 - $16.83 Location: VIRTUAL EST, FL Position Type: Regular Time Type: Full time Pay Type: Hourly Benefits: iHeartMedia's benefits offering is flexible and offers a variety of choices to meet the diverse needs of our changing workforce, including the following: Employer sponsored medical, dental and vision with a variety of coverage options Company provided and supplemental life insurance Paid vacation and sick time Paid company holidays A Spirit day to encourage and allow our employees to more easily volunteer in their community A 401K plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost – services include telephonic counseling sessions, consultation on legal and financial matters, emotional well-being, family and caregiving A range of additional voluntary programs, such as spending accounts, student loan refinancing, accident insurance and more!
