Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
Perform a variety of laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a 110-bed hospital setting Cross-train across shifts to ensure coverage, including night shifts when needed Collect and handle specimens, ensuring quality control and accurate results Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and results Follow safety and compliance standards at all times Assist with special projects or reagents as needed
What You Need:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Phlebotomy skills required Relevant MLS/MLT certification preferred Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting (Microbiology, Chemistry, or related testing) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork orientation
About the Assignment: This position is with a prominent hospital in Liberal, KS, providing a wide range of diagnostic services to support patient care. The laboratory is equipped with advanced instrumentation, serving inpatients, outpatients, and surrounding clinics, with testing on-site Monday through Friday and enrollment in weekend rotations.
