Pharmacy Technician Are you detail-oriented, mission-driven, and ready to make a daily impact on patients' lives? Healthy Connections is hiring a full-time or part-time Pharmacy Technician at our Malvern Community Pharmacy, where you'll be a vital member of a collaborative team providing high-quality, community-focused care. You'll work directly with licensed pharmacists and patients to ensure smooth, accurate prescription processing, insurance coordination, and more. Serve as a liaison between patients, pharmacists, insurance companies, and providers Process prescriptions, assist with insurance verification, and handle prior authorizations Maintain accurate medication inventory and check for expired stock Coordinate prescription pickups and occasional deliveries Prepare deposits, reports, and maintain required documentation Uphold HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards Support patients with professionalism and confidentiality Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team communication Travel locally as needed between clinics
What We're Looking For
Active, unrestricted Arkansas Pharmacy Technician license (Required) CPR certification Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general network systems Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, and compliance standards
