About
Performing initial screening of patients including scrubbing of schedule, patient check in, record/report retrieval, recording vital signs and initial complaint. Preparing patients for, and assisting providers with, patient exams/procedures as required. Completing necessary paperwork as directed. Scheduling patients' appointments per clinic routine. Preparing examination rooms between patients, cleaning as needed, replacing used equipment/supplies, and assembling equipment/supplies for next patient. Ensuring cleanliness and stocking of provider rooms prior to start of the clinic day and at the end of the day. Collecting laboratory specimens. Performing electrocardiograms and basic lab tests on the premises.
