Position: CRNA / Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Location: Olean, NY 14760 (southwestern New York)
Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,020 - $6,350
Assignment Length: 52 weeks (accelerated privileging available)
Start / End Dates: Sept 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027
Schedule: 8- or 10-hour day shifts; 32 hours/week; weeknight and weekend pager on-call required
Clinical Setting: Eight anesthesia rooms; MD supervision with a 1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio; Epic EMR
Stipends & Perks: Car rental/mileage stipend ($250 weekly); lodging/housing stipend ($110 daily)

Job Requirements / Qualifications Current license as a registered professional nurse and CRNA credentialing/eligibility in New York
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Minimum of 1 year of CRNA clinical experience (anesthesia experience)
Experience with Epic charting preferred; comfort working under MD supervision
Key Responsibilities Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and risk evaluations
Obtain and verify informed consent for anesthesia
Discuss anesthetic options, plans, and risks with patients
Provide induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia for general, orthopedic, and OB cases
Continuously monitor patients' physiologic status during procedures and perform clinical interventions as needed
Collaborate with the perioperative team and maintain accurate documentation in Epic
