About
Prepare operating rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is available. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipatory care. Maintain strict aseptic technique and adhere to safety standards to prevent infections. Monitor and assist with the handling of surgical specimens and instruments during procedures. Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency. Restock and organize supplies post-operation to prepare for subsequent cases. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Possess current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential. BLS certification required; radiation badge may be needed depending on specific procedures. Minimum of 1 year of surgical tech experience in specialties such as Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology, or Robotics. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and surgical procedures. Benefits & Growth:
