Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning from children to older adults utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods. Design and implement customized treatment plans targeting both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals. Deliver dedicated speech therapy interventions concentrating on communication, fluency, language, voice modulation, and swallowing issues. Work synergistically with a team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise harmonious care strategies. Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and their families, fostering progress outside the clinic. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and treatment sessions to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients. Maintain thorough and timely patient documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational protocols. Engage in ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing to stay abreast of advancements in the field. Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if awaiting ASHA certification. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first month of employment. Skills Required

Exceptional interpersonal skills facilitating communication with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team.
