The North America Packaging team is looking for a Manager for Artwork Design Execution. Responsibilities include accountability for the regional packaging graphics & print execution. Drive connection & alignment among Design Managers, Artwork Coordinators, and External Partners for seamless regional adaptation and execution package graphics bundles. Drive continuous improvement in Colgate's end2end artwork process and external agencies and printers, including KPI adherence and output quality. Ensure a clean hand-off from design & adaptation into the artwork approval process. Manage cost tracking and invoicing for pre-mechanical regional artwork activities [print trials, regional masters, etc. Being able to successfully partner with creative, technical, & business stakeholders across the entire design to print chain is critical. Ability to make decisions and develop recommendations and in the face of uncertainty. Required Qualifications: BS/BA degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field. 6+ years experience in FMCG Packaging Design/Graphics [Corporate or Agency On-Site]. Expert knowledge of packaging design, adaptation, & prepress processes. Strong knowledge of color reproduction and management technologies. Working knowledge of packaging and commercial printing & decoration techniques [flexo, offset, gravure, screen, etc]. Working knowledge of common packaging materials and how they impact design execution [labels, paperboards, films, etc]. Working knowledge of color matching and hard/soft proofing technologies. Basic knowledge of design software applications [Photoshop, Illustrator] & basic office applications [Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc]. Preferred Qualifications: Strong adaptive/design sensibility: Ability to assess whether a design/artwork adheres to pre-established brand packaging guidelines. Proficiency in understanding and being understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders. Have the aptitude in understanding other's points of view and integrating them into guiding workable solutions. Project Management skills with strong adherence to commitment dates. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
