Location: 20333 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66061 Start Date: 04/26/2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 8-hour days Duration: Ongoing assignment Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract Certifications: RCS-CCI or RDCS-ARDMS, BLS required Experience: 4+ years in cardiac ultrasound, with a minimum of 4000 echocardiograms performed Preferred: Graduate of accredited cardiac ultrasound program or health science program; IV and UEA contrast training or certification is a plus

What You'll Do:
Perform adult cardiac ultrasounds, including stress tests and TEEs, primarily using GE and Philips equipment Assist with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency echocardiography services Contribute to patient care in the OR, cath lab, and EP lab when needed Obtain and document accurate imaging and measurements for cardiology team review Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines Attend orientation programs and participate in ongoing professional development
What You Need:
Valid RCS-CCI or RDCS-ARDMS certification BLS certification At least 4 years of clinical cardiac ultrasound experience Ability to perform a minimum of 4000 echocardiograms Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred:
Graduate of accredited cardiovascular or ultrasound technology program Experience with neonatal echo (a plus)
About the Assignment: This role involves working at a busy, well-equipped cardiac imaging department providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency echocardiography services. The facility uses advanced imaging systems and values experienced, highly skilled sonographers committed to delivering quality patient care. Orientation includes a two-day program followed by local onboarding, with flexible scheduling options for shifts.
