About
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans within a skilled nursing facility setting Provide direct occupational therapy services to residents to restore, maintain, or improve functional abilities Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current and valid OT licensure in the state of Arizona National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare/Medicaid compliance in SNF environments Why Join Us
