Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Massachusetts SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working with neurodiverse children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings Strong understanding of language development, AAC, and trauma-informed care Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
