Job Description Title Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care
Schedule Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Flexible: Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
Assignment Details Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0
Requirements - Active LPN license - Previous experience in long-term care preferred - Ability to work in various patient care settings
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. - Assist with daily living activities and support residents' needs. - Monitor patient health and report changes to nursing staff. - Participate in care plan development and implementation. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. - Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
