What We're Looking ForLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan Strong communication and people skills Passion for patient-centered care Interest in outpatient orthopedics and movement-based rehab Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn What you'll do Deliver one-on-one outpatient physical therapy under the direction of a PT Assist with orthopedic rehab, post-surgical care, balance/fall prevention, and strengthening Educate and motivate patients throughout their plan of care Document treatments accurately and efficiently Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives (as interested) Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and well-rounded package, including: Competitive base pay with growth opportunities Performance-based bonus structure Paid Time Off (PTO) & paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and critical illness insurance HSA options Ongoing mentorship and career development
