The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and providing comprehensive dental care in a comfortable setting. Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions and oral diseases Develop comprehensive treatment plans Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to provide excellent patient care Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards Build strong patient relationships and promote a positive patient experience

Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Iowa dental license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work effectively within a team environment Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
