Required qualifications
Production AI/ML experience with a track record of building and shipping systems that real users depend on Experience in building evaluation systems for production AI features, focusing on metrics and quality assurance Proven ownership of data pipelines and services, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues High agency in driving ambiguous problems to successful outcomes without needing fully-scoped tickets Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or experience working directly with application databases is a plus
