Proactively engaging customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities, the full-time remote Growth Sales Development Representative will focus on converting product usage signals into meaningful conversations that enhance recurring revenue and customer success. Key responsibilities
Identify and support customers in selecting the right solutions to prevent churn Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to enhance customer engagement Unlock expansion opportunities across the product suite to drive growth
Required qualifications
Experience in sales or customer success roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment Strong understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies Ability to analyze product usage data to inform customer conversations Proven track record of driving upsell and expansion efforts Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
