Enthusiastic about connecting potential customers with revolutionary healthcare solutions, the full-time remote Bilingual Sales Development Representative will engage in strategic outreach, build relationships, and manage a dynamic pipeline to drive sales for ICANotes' Behavioral Health EHR. Key responsibilities
Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers Leverage consultative skills to understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services Nourish warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities through ongoing communication and relationship cultivation
Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles, showcasing dedication to outbound sales efforts Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) A Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience preferred Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection
