Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Broadcast Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field 7+ years of professional creative experience in broadcast television, media, advertising, or digital content creation 3+ years of leadership or creative management experience Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in broadcast graphics, animation, and visual storytelling Experience leading creative projects from concept through final delivery
