Design Build Searchis currently recruiting aDocument Controlleron behalf of our client, a global developer builder who operates nationwide. The selected candidate will be based in the South Dublin/Wicklow area. If youre experienced in construction documentation and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment, this role could be your next great move. Your Role: Manage and maintain all site and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and reports. Ensure accurate version control and that information is shared with the right people at the right time. Coordinate the flow of documentation between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and head office. Keep digital and physical records up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with company procedures. Use platforms like Asite, Aconex, or Viewpointto track documents, approvals, and changes. Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure workflows are efficient and audit-ready. What Youll Bring: Experience working in a Document Controller or Site Administrator role within the construction industry, ideally on commercial and industrial projects. Confidence using common EDMS platforms (Asite, Viewpoint, Aconex, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
