Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, record, and report patient conditions to the nursing team. Assist with patient assessments and care planning. Provide wound care and other nursing interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Support patients with daily care needs and promote a safe environment.
Requirements
Active LPN license (State of NC or Compact License). BLS certification (current). Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
