Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0
Requirements: - Valid nursing license - Previous experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. - Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
