Speech Language Pathologist Join our dedicated team at Cortica as a Speech Language Pathologist, where you will provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy to children. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that align with holistic care, ensuring the best outcomes for our pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide play-based speech-language therapy for children. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with holistic care. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families across disciplines. Deliver therapy within Cortica's integrated, pediatric care model. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance. Support mentorship and leadership of SLPAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply. Active state licensure where you practice. Experience with pediatric/neurodevelopmental populations. Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentorship skills. Interest in Cortica Clinical Ladder and career growth.
