About
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with our patient-centered approach Develop and implement effective staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staff development Conduct daily rounds, providing real-time feedback to staff and addressing concerns or issues promptly Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded Monitor and address any quality of care concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary Participate in staff education and training programs, ensuring that staff is knowledgeable and competent in delivering evidence-based care Manage and analyze data to improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs Demonstrate a strong understanding of regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that our unit operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, patients, and families Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and reducing costs Strong understanding of regulations and compliance standards
