This location is operating under new clinical leadership and offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team focused on delivering quality patient care in a structured healthcare environment. Whether you are already certified as a Medication Aide or have previous healthcare experience and are interested in becoming certified, we want to hear from you. Wisconsin does not require Medication Aides to hold certification, and Southern Health Partners may provide certification training for qualified candidates with relevant healthcare experience. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures Follow the Five Rights of Medication Administration Observe, monitor, and report patient concerns to nursing staff Obtain and document vital signs as directed Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential medical records Assist nursing staff and providers with daily healthcare operations Follow facility policies, healthcare protocols, and safety standards Contribute to a professional, respectful, and patient-centered healthcare environment Why Join Southern Health Partners?
