Schedule Shift: 18:30 - 07:00, with variable weekend hours. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care for adults recovering from various conditions, including strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient-centered nursing care tailored to the rehabilitation needs of each patient. Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring optimal recovery metrics are achieved. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Utilize advanced therapeutic equipment and treatment modalities as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) using EPIC and UDS. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license in the state of Missouri.
