Description: ASAP start needed. Manager interviews will be conducted. The facility is a Level II trauma center that receives air flights and serves a large population. It is a certified stroke center with a capacity of 411 beds. Imaging rooms include 3 X-Ray rooms: 2 general X-Ray and 1 for fluoroscopy. The facility accepts travelers with 1 year of experience, depending on the type of experience. First-time travelers are also welcome. Patient care areas include outpatient, inpatient, ED/ICU/MedSurg, and the operating room. Primarily adult and geriatric patients will be seen, with some pediatric and neonatal cases. The technologist will work with fluoroscopy and C-Arm in the operating room. Patients seen in a day may vary based on assignment. Support within the department is provided by a lead tech and department administration. Internal transport is available, and a radiologist will be on site. Technology and equipment include an EMR system, PACS, and various imaging units. Flexible scheduling will be accommodated to the best of ability, with specific shift details to be provided during the interview. Weekend rotations may vary based on need, with holiday expectations done in rotation with other technologists. RTO will require manager approval. Scrub colors should be any solid color as long as they are professional.
