Full-Time Rn Treatment Nurse Are you looking to combine your love for people and strong work ethic to advance your career? We are looking to hire a full-time RN Treatment Nurse to serve their residents. We are also open to wound care LPN, and the hourly compensation would be adjusted accordingly. There is a $5 pay differential on top of the base hourly pay for any night shifts. We are a family-oriented organization that offers our certified nursing assistants flexible schedules, medical, dental, vision, 401(K), and paid time off (PTO) for both vacation and sick leave. The Treatment Nurse is responsible for the skin and wound care of residents with an emphasis on prevention and treatment of skin disorders. The Treatment Nurse follows the established nursing Care Plan and makes appropriate adjustments as resident care needs and/or physician orders change. Assists with the duties of the staff LPN or Certified Nursing Assistant when needed. As a Treatment Nurse at Jena Nursing and Rehabilitation, you have direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities for nursing assistants. You are responsible for ensuring that patients' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You do everything you can to preserve their dignity, as you provide the individualized physical, psychological, and social support that they need. You treat those you care for the same way you would want your own family members treated. You love people and enjoy interacting with patients and residents, as well as family, visitors, and other healthcare providers. As a valuable member of our team you will receive:

Requirements:
Possess a current LPN/RN license At least 18 years old, High school diploma/GED Authorized to work in the US
