As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in conducting radiologic examinations and ensuring patient comfort and safety across various age groups, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducting and assisting in radiologic examinations with precision and care Preparing and positioning patients according to established procedures Operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Ensuring proper patient identification and maintaining confidentiality Providing age-specific care and interaction Maintaining proficiency in radiation protection practices Assisting radiologists and surgeons during special examinations Transporting patients safely to and from the radiology department Maintaining accurate records and reports in the Radiology Information System To be successful in this role, you should have: Graduation from an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent Registry eligibility by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Need 2 years experience in setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in stressful situations and maintain composure CPR certification and commitment to continuing education Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
