Schedule Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) with an on-call rotation during weekends. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a home health and hospice setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing care for patients with terminal illnesses, focusing on their quality of life and end-of-life care needs. ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive intake assessments and perform medication administration. Manage symptoms effectively through pain management techniques and interventions. Provide goal setting and education to patients and their families. Conduct symptom assessments and manage various patient diagnoses. Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing settings. Current BLS certification. Active RN license in the applicable state, or Compact license. Experience with medication administration and symptom management. Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
