Manage the full intake process from initial inquiry through client onboarding Verify insurance benefits and obtain/track authorizations with a high level of accuracy Serve as the primary point of contact for new families during the intake process Maintain organized, up-to-date client records and documentation Monitor authorization timelines and proactively manage renewals to avoid service gaps Assist the owner with day-to-day operational needs, special projects, and process optimization Qualifications for Intake and Authorization Manager:
Prior experience in administrative, intake, or authorization roles
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized with excellent time management skills Clear, professional communication skills-both written and verbal
