Assists the nurse/physician during examinations, treatments and procedures as requested Assists with patient admission, discharge and transfer Assists in patient/equipment preparation, and retrieves necessary equipment and supplies Documents clinically relevant findings in the patient's record according to hospital protocols Prepares patients for transportation to other departments/areas when STAT or as necessary
