Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to generate high-quality diagnostic images for physician analysis Collaborate effectively with radiologists and the medical team to facilitate accurate diagnoses Ensure precise patient positioning and instrument calibration for optimal imaging results Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues Keep thorough records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient imaging workspace Education Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential Essential Certifications
ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is necessary Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of employment Valuable Skills
Solid understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures and safety guidelines Strong communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary team members Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to fluctuating demands Detail-oriented approach and deep sense of responsibility Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software What You'll Enjoy
