About

Clinical Research RN As our Clinician Research RN, you will leverage your clinical nursing expertise to critically support and execute clinical research studies, ensuring the highest standards of participant care, data integrity, and compliance within designated research areas. Every day you will actively participate in the lifecycle of clinical trials, which includes identifying and screening potential study participants, providing in-depth education about research protocols, and carefully monitoring participant well-being. Your responsibilities will involve performing essential clinical assessments, accurately collecting and documenting study data, and vigilantly observing for adverse events. To be successful in this role, you will exhibit excellent organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical conduct in research. Your ability to effectively communicate with participants and collaborate within a research team will be key to contributing to meaningful research outcomes.
Demonstrates current knowledge of federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies governing the conduct of clinical trials. Ensures study documents are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines and policies (ie- FDA, OHRP, IRB) Complies with licensure, contractual, protocol and policy requirements Directs intradepartmental and external resource activities relating to assigned studies Assists in the review and development of proposed study budgets Ensures compliance with all study billing process requirements
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field One (1) year of clinical RN experience Licensed Registered Nurse: AZ
Preferred
Master's degree in related field One (1) year of RN experience within clinical research
