Job Function:
Shift: 12x3 Night.
Evaluate and continuously monitor patient progress in the ICU .
Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately .
Provide timely updates to physicians, patients, and family members .
Initiate treatments, administer medications, and monitor dosing .
Respond to medical emergencies and activate appropriate clinical teams .
Deliver comprehensive care throughout the patient's ICU stay .
Complete all required documentation prior to patient transfer.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
Job Requirements: Job Requirements:
Active RN license
BLS certification (required)
ACLS certification (required)
Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience in a similar-sized facility
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Ability to float across multiple units and adapt to varying patient acuity levels
Minimal RTO (required)
