About
Perform sterilization and processing of surgical instruments following established protocols. Ensure compliance with all safety and sterilization regulations, including completion of required documentation. Collaborate with clinical staff to confirm instrument readiness for procedures. Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, certifications, and work history. Complete necessary modules during orientation, including any mandated training sessions. Adhere to travel policies, including lab work within 3-5 days of approval and work history verification. Qualifications:
Hold a valid BLS and SPT certification issued by AHA or American Red Cross. Have at least 2 years of sterile processing experience in a healthcare setting. Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting or similar electronic health record systems. Be available for evening shifts and weekend assignments with weekend availability required. Possess a current state license and provide recent Nursys verification within two weeks. Provide a 7-year work history with verifiable references and background clearance. Benefits & Growth:
