Inside Sales Coordinator
The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the Inside Sales team by managing the post-sale process after a customer provides verbal commitment. You'll ensure a smooth transition from sale to completion by handling financing, contracts, scheduling, and Salesforce updates. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Handle live customer handoffs and guide them through financing, contracts, and install scheduling Update Salesforce opportunities with accurate project details and installation notes Communicate with customers to keep orders moving forward Generate customer and insurance quotes as needed Ensure same-day or next-day order completion Partner with Operations to ensure installation readiness Support team KPIs and participate in ongoing training and coaching Qualifications 13 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and create positive experiences What Refloor Offers Get paid every Friday Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Pet insurance 401(k) program Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
