QC Manager Contract - view to Perm Salary - Negotiable Location - Tallaght, D24 Our client, a leading Healthcare / Pharma company is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead their Quality Control function and ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and laboratory performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the QC team. Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Review and approve laboratory results, Certificates of Analysis, and stability programme activities. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. Manage investigations, deviations, OOS results, and CAPA activities. Support audits, inspections, and supplier quality management. Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and method validation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QC operations. About You Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline. 6+ years' QC experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing industry. Previous supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, and related laboratory systems. Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
