Join our team and help students write their new story.As a Principal at New Story Schools, you will lead the daily operations of your school while driving academic, behavioral, and therapeutic excellence. You’ll guide your team to create a safe, inclusive, and student-centered environment that supports every learner’s growth and success.What You’ll NeedMaster’s degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or related fieldValid Pennsylvania teaching certification with an endorsement in administration or special educationMinimum of three years’ experience supporting students with disabilitiesOne year of school leadership or administrative experience (preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsWhat You’ll DoSupervise and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student careOversee curriculum, compliance, and accreditation requirements in alignment with PDE standardsManage student assessments, placement, and treatment planning in collaboration with educational teamsLead budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning to ensure smooth daily operationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with students, families, districts, and community partnersWhy You’ll Love Working HereEnjoy both paid time off and extra paid school breaks (for select roles), plus paid holidaysWellness perks including gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings
