Location: France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain or Italy — this role can be performed remotely, but must be based in one of the countries where Ecotone has an office. Reports to: Global Head of Digital Commerce Responsibilities
Own global performance reporting and executive dashboards — harmonising KPI definitions, revenue and trade measurement, and cross-market comparability Integrate external market data (Nielsen, Circana or equivalent) to track category growth, market share, pricing benchmarks and competitive dynamics, delivering actionable insights to commercial teams Define global PDP and content standards, establish digital shelf scorecards, and monitor ranking and conversion drivers including AI-readiness of product data Own the global Retail Media reporting framework (ROAS, TACoS, Incrementality), enable cross-market investment benchmarking, and connect A&P spend to net revenue outcomes Identify SKU opportunities, support business case development, and feed platform insights into the global innovation pipeline — defining data-backed scaling criteria for online-driven launches What You Bring
3–6 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital shelf or performance roles Experience integrating external market data sources (Nielsen, Circana or equivalent) Understanding of Retail Media metrics and media performance measurement (preferred) FMCG background (preferred) Fluent English If you are passionate about making a positive impact on both people and the planet, we invite you to apply and help us build a sustainable, inclusive future.
