Requirements:
New York State LPN License BLS certification from the American Heart Association Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to geriatric residents in a long-term care environment. Administer medications and oversee the work of CNA colleagues. Conduct wound care as required. Utilize critical thinking skills and provide care with dignity and respect. Work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.
