The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting assigned leads into active fundraising customers and supporting those customers to achieve successful campaign outcomes. This role manages the full sales cycle, from lead conversion to ongoing campaign support, with a focus on driving fundraising kit sales and increasing customer retention. The role operates in a phone-based, territory-focused model and partners directly with organizations such as schools, sports teams, and local groups to successfully plan and execute fundraising campaigns. Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition Contact assigned leads within a defined territory to present fundraising program offerings and convert prospects into active customers. Manage a pipeline of leads and active customers within the assigned territory, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle. Conduct needs-based conversations with organizers to align fundraising solutions to their goals, including schools, teams, religious groups, and other non-profit community events. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead conversion, fundraising support, kit sales, and customer follow-up. Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to maximize lead conversion and effective territory coverage. Campaign Support & Seller Enablement Provide guidance to organizers on how to execute effective fundraising campaigns, including promotion strategies and participant engagement approaches. Share best practices, tools, and practical tips to help increase participation and drive order volume during active campaigns. Monitor campaign progress and proactively engage with organizers to improve performance and overall campaign outcomes. Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, sales progress, and customer interactions, leveraging CRM tools where applicable. Customer Retention & Repeat Business Build and maintain relationships with customers to support repeat fundraising campaigns and ongoing engagement. Re-engage prior customers and identify opportunities for additional or seasonal fundraising campaigns within the assigned territory. Track customer activity and engagement history to support retention and long-term value within the assigned territory. Who You Are High school diploma or GED Experience in a role involving outbound outreach, sales, customer service, or account support. Experience managing multiple customer interactions, tasks, or priorities simultaneously in a structured work environment. Experience communicating with customers via phone and/or virtual channels to explain products, services, or programs. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or similar field. Experience in inside sales, sales development, or account management roles. Experience supporting small businesses, schools, community organizations, or event-based programs. Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools such as Salesforce. Working Conditions Normal office environment with work performed seated or standing.
