£513 per day (Inside IR35) 4-month contract We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-impact programme, supporting the development of advanced data dashboards and reporting products for a new service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, data-driven environment, building robust pipelines and enabling high-quality insights that support critical decision-making.
The Role
You will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data is efficiently ingested, transformed, and prepared for reporting. Working within an Agile, multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and UCD professionals to deliver high-quality data products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using PySpark Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across reporting solutions Support testing and validation of dashboards and underlying datasets Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment Contribute to best practices including DevSecOps, TDD, and CI/CD Participate in pair programming and uphold collaborative coding standards
