Hourly Rate: $10.75 - $11.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. The Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services as per company standards. This position supports the Store Management Team by: Generating sales Maintaining a clean and organized store environment Merchandising and sign placement Assisting with pricing Conducting POS operations Implementing loss prevention strategies The minimum age requirement for this position is 17. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands that include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
