Position Summary As a CNA – Baylor, you will provide hands-on care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role is ideal for those seeking higher earnings with a condensed schedule. Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow care plans and collaborate with the nursing team Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old Active CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work 12-hour weekend shifts consistently
