Serve as a strategic partner, enhancing monitoring effectiveness and compliance program performance through data-informed insights Lead the advancement of a risk-based compliance monitoring model, identifying trends and emerging risks using transactional monitoring and data analytics Oversee the execution of monitoring and analytics strategies, providing actionable visibility into compliance risks for leadership
Required qualifications
7-10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, data analytics, or a related field within pharma/biotech or healthcare Experience supporting compliance monitoring, analytics, or risk assessment programs Strong analytical capabilities with experience in large, complex datasets and data visualization tools Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and Sunshine Act Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline; advanced degree preferred
