RN (Full-time, Hospice Admissions) Job Summary: Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time, hospice admissions position. The Hospice Admissions RN will meet with patients and families, explaining the hospice benefit, and facilitating their transfer onto hospice services. Hospice experience preferred but we are willing to train. This role is a calling for someone dedicated to patient-centered care at the end-of-life journey.
