Responsibilities
Inputting estimates into the POS system
Sourcing materials
Customer service
Order entry and invoicing
Accounts receivable
Qualifications
Experience with invoicing systems
Experience with inventory systems
Proficiency with word processing software
Proficiency with spreadsheet and internet software
Excellent communication skills
Effective multitasker
Professional phone and email etiquette
Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
